Free Dilly Bar From a DQ Survey? Check Your Receipt

A DQ survey does not automatically earn a free Dilly Bar. If your own Dairy Queen receipt or coupon offers one, complete the survey at the website printed on it and follow its exact redemption terms. An old app promotion or another guest’s offer does not extend to every purchase.

This independent guide explains receipt surveys. It is not a Dairy Queen survey form and cannot issue coupons or validation codes.

Check whether your receipt includes a Dilly Bar offer

  • Read the full survey invitation and identify the specific product. “Free treat” or an offer for another item does not necessarily mean a Dilly Bar.
  • Check the expiration date, eligible location and any required purchase stated on the receipt or coupon. A store may not participate in every promotion.
  • Keep the original receipt if the offer requires it. A survey validation code, if given at the end, may need to be written on it.

Complete the matching official survey

  1. Find the exact survey website printed on the receipt.
  2. At DQFanFeedback.com, the main form asks for the receipt’s 10-digit store phone number and visit date and time. If no 10-digit number appears, use its alternate 15-character form when your receipt has a 15-character code.
  3. At MyDQExperience.com, enter the receipt’s 15-character code. At DQFanSurvey.com, use the separate 19-digit code form. Do not mix the three formats.
  4. Answer the questions and read the final screen. If you are given a validation code, follow the instructions for the offer on your own receipt.

Redeem only under the printed offer

Bring the receipt and any required validation code to an eligible location by the date specified in the offer. Ask that location about a condition you cannot read. Dairy Queen’s official DQ FAQ explains that franchise operators decide whether to participate in coupon offers and promotions. This page does not claim every store accepts the same coupon.

If your code fails

Check the survey website, receipt date and code characters. The 15-character form says not to use the letter O. The official DQ FAQ suggests switching to the 10-digit store phone entry if a QR code or 15-character code gives an error. If the problem persists, use the contact form linked in that FAQ and attach a photo of your receipt.

Survey offers and app deals

A survey receipt offer and an offer in the DQ app are separate. Past Dilly Bar promotions have ended; check the official DQ Rewards page and your current app for any available deal. Do not rely on an expired date or a price from an older article.
